Last weekend at Comic-Con, Web Series Channel had the immense pleasure to chat with the cast and crew of the upcoming Web Series “H+” to get the scoop on what we can expect of this highly anticipated series.

I recently attended a special screening for the series and got to see 90 minutes of footage (which is about half of the entire series). I honestly have not been able to stop raving about it. Not only did the 90 minutes go by in a flash, but I was so ready for more. The good news is the series will make its debut August 8 on YouTube with 6 episodes being released the first two weeks and 2 episodes per week after that.

But what is the series about, you ask? Well, H+ takes place in the future where people are being implanted with a chip called “HPlus” into their nervous systems that allows them to access the Internet 24 hours a day just by thinking it. Unfortunately, on the day of the “event” a virus causes a third of the world’s population to die instantly. What we end up being witness to is the event, along with what happened before and what happens after. It’s pretty mind-blowing, especially seeing as this future doesn’t seem so far fetched anymore.

Here is the even cooler thing about H+, the order in which I saw the episode at the screening won’t be the exact order in which the episodes will be released. Even better, you, as the audience, will be able to rearrange episodes and create your own playlists and viewing experience of the series depending on your own taste. And that’s why I was really excited to talk to the cast, director and creator of H+.

In the videos below you will find interviews with series cast Alexis Denisof (actor, “Angel,” “Buffy the Vampire Slayer”), Sean Gunn (actor, “Super,” “Gilmore Girls”), David Clayton Rogers (actor, “Jane by Design”), director Stewart Hendler (“Sorority Row”) and writer/creator John Cabrera (actor, “Gilmore Girls”). Check out what they had to say below and don’t miss the premiere of H+ on August 8.
